SAN DIEGO, March 12, 2008 − California Bank & Trust (CB&T) announced that J. Thomas Fagan has joined the bank as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Manager for the Ontario/Riverside Commercial Lending Office.

Tom comes to CB&T from Bank of America, where he served as a Senior Client Manager in the Los Angeles/Long Beach Coastal Markets for 16 years, developing and servicing a diversified portfolio of over 45 commercial clients. Prior to that assignment, Tom handled similar roles and responsibilities with Security Pacific Bank for 18 years in the Bank’s Northern California, Los Angeles/South Bay & Orange County Markets.
