For account setup requests, such as adding accounts, changing accounts, adding multi-user access, adding bill pay, adding QuickBooks 2005 or higher download capability, or closing your service, please email us at cbtquestions@calbt.com or use the secure email for Bank feature found within Direct Business. Simply log into Direct Business and click on Messages.  Under Message Options select Send a Secure Message.
