*This is a variable rate product. The index (“Index”) used is the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate (“Prime Rate”). The interest rate applied for purchases is the Prime Rate plus a margin of 9%. The interest rate applied for cash advances, quasi cash transactions and balance transfers is the Prime Rate plus a margin of 15.99%. The interest rate payable on the card will change effective with changes in the Index. Prime Rate is currently 3.25% as of December 1, 2011. If the Index becomes unavailable the Bank may designate a substitute Index.

**A fee of $25 per cardholder applies for AmaZing Rewards. Fees for optional rewards programs or services selected by the cardholder are not eligible for the fee waiver. Refer to the Visa Business Credit Card Terms and Conditions.
