DirectNET Consumer Online Banking and Direct Business Internet Banking
Password Reset Assistance
For assistance in resetting passwords, availability of CB&T’s customer service assistance has been expanded.
The new days and times for password resets are:
Monday through Sunday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Change of Address Request Form
DirectNET customers now have the option of submitting Change of Address requests online when signed on to DirectNET.
To submit an online Change of Address request:
- Log in to online banking and click on the 'Services' tab, then ‘Change of Address Request’.
- Complete the page form and submit it electronically.
- Your request will be confirmed and your requested changes will be implemented within 2 business days.
