You have either elected to receive your credit card statement online and in paper format by regular U.S. mail or to receive your credit card statement online (instead of receiving a paper statement by regular U.S. mail). Please read the following information before you decide to proceed with this option. After you read the information, you can confirm that you want to get your statement online by clicking the "Continue" button below.

When you click on the "Continue" button below, you are agreeing to receive the following items and services online at the web site, when and if they become available:
Periodic credit card statements
Annual renewal notices
Change in terms notices
Delinquency notices
Not all of these items and services are available online at this time. Unless and until they become available in electronic form, you will continue to receive them in paper form. When we use the term "Statements" in this notice, we mean all of the above items and services, unless we tell you otherwise.

If you agree to receive your Statements online only, you will continue to get paper Statements in addition to the online Statements for three statement cycles. After that, you will no longer receive a paper Statement, unless you request one specially, as explained in paragraph 4 below.

If your e-mail address changes, you will be required to give us the new address either by contacting our customer service center at 1-888-758-5349, or by entering it online at the Cardholder Information screen on this site.

If you need a paper copy of your Statement, you should be able to print the online Statement on the printer attached to your PC by clicking on the "Print Friendly Version" on the screen. If you have any trouble printing the online Statement, please contact our customer service center at 1-888-758-5349 and press option 4. If for any reason you want to order an actual paper Statement that is not available online, please contact our customer service center at 1-888-758-5349. You may be charged a fee when you order an extra copy of a paper Statement to be sent to you by mail.

If, in the future, you decide you want to change the delivery method for your statement, you can do this by going to Statement Delivery under Account Info on the site and selecting the option you prefer.

To access your Statements online, you will need an Internet-ready computer equipped with Internet Explorer (version 5.0 or higher for both Windows and Mac/OS), or Netscape Navigator (versions 4.79 or higher for both Windows and Mac/OS) or AOL 6.0 or higher. Your browser must also support 128-bit encryption and be JavaScript enabled. In order to print and retain your Statements, you will need a printer attached to your computer.
