On Friday, July 17, 2009, California Bank & Trust (CB&T) acquired the banking operations of Vineyard Bank from the FDIC, as Receiver. Since that time, we have successfully transitioned all branches to CB&T systems. With the final phase of this transition complete, our former Vineyard Bank clients now have access to the comprehensive set of products and services offered at CB&T, as well as the convenience of more than 100 branches and ATMs to serve you statewide.
