Fourth Quarter 2014 Significant Items – California Bank & Trust posted net income of $101.3 million for the year ending December 31, 2014, a decline of 27.7% compared to $140.1 million earned in 2013. Excluding excess accretion on Purchased Credit Impaired (PCI) loans resulting from the re-estimation of cash flows, loss on sales of investment securities, indemnification asset amortization expense, the related income taxes and one-time income tax adjustment in 2013, normalized net income decreased 14.5%, totaling $102,606 and $120,032 for 2014 and 2013.
