How can I sign up?
- Fill out the remitONE Application and the Reporting Agent Authorization (RAA) Form, which are available at your branch. The RAA Form authorizes California Bank & Trust to act as your paying agent for the IRS Federal Payroll Tax Payments.
- Take the completed forms to your California Bank & Trust office along with your pre-printed Federal 8109 Tax Coupon or mail them to the address on the form and remitONE will automatically enroll you as an EFTPS filer.
When can I begin using remitONE?
You may begin using remitONE once you've received the following items in the mail:
- Access code and user guide
- Your personal identification number (PIN)
