Meet Rob Meyer

As Senior Vice President of Food & Agribusiness at California Bank & Trust, Rob takes a strategic, holistic approach to banking, tailoring solutions to each client’s unique needs. With over 20 years of experience, he's worked with major industry players, specializing in the full food value chain—from growers and processors to retailers, equipment suppliers and food banks.

After playing Division I baseball at UC Berkeley, Rob was drafted by the San Francisco Giants and played within the organization for two seasons before entering the banking industry. He earned a BA from UC Berkeley, an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University and is active in industry groups like the California League of Food Producers, CA Grocers Association and Western Growers Association.
