We will continue to be here for you. Appointments are available with bankers or tellers, which can be scheduled by contacting your local branch for availability. Take advantage of our ongoing banking options and tools:

In addition to closing our branch lobbies and implementing an appointment-only service model, we have taken the following steps to align with the CDC’s recommendations:
We are requiring face coverings to be worn by employees, clients, non-customers or other visitors inside all CB&T branch lobbies.
Custodial services at our branches and other bank facilities have been enhanced with CDC approved disinfectant and cleaning frequencies have increased. Clients experiencing symptoms of illness are asked to use drive-up teller windows for service. Our branches are kept well stocked with hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and latex gloves, and we are encouraging employees to use them at their workstations.
While we traditionally encourage shaking hands, we have adopted the CDC’s social distancing recommendations to limit gathering size and keeping 6 feet of distance between others.
We may also ask you to place your transaction(s) on the desk and/or counter rather than handing it directly to one of our associates. View more on the CDC’s website about practicing healthy hygiene etiquette when coughing and sneezing and by washing hands regularly.
In person events scheduled for the coming weeks have been postponed. If you were invited to attend a postponed event, you should anticipate a direct communication regarding the cancellation.
Look out for suspicious email and text messages, and donation or medical supply sites that may impersonate a company, charity, or government agency. The intent is to convince you to share sensitive information or download malware onto your device by opening a malicious attachment. If you receive a suspicious email or text message, don't respond, click on any links, or open attachments. Learn more fraud prevention tips here.
