Community-Based Resources

Through the T.E.A.M. initiative, California Bank & Trust provides tools, resources, access to financing*, knowledge and expertise to help minority and women-owned businesses make informed decisions and to overcome challenges in obtaining access to financing.

Some of these valuable resources are community-based lending organizations that can provide numerous options for small business financing, as well as information on how to prepare your loan package.

In an effort to strengthen the local economy, create jobs, and build strong communities, these non-profit organizations provide business owners with the access to capital and resources they need to successfully start or grow viable businesses.

These organizations provide services to small business owners such as:

  • Micro business loans
  • Small business loans
  • Technical assistance and one-on-one support
  • No-cost referrals to local business resources
  • Educational presentations on access to capital
