California Bank & Trust (CB&T), one of California’s leading banks, has teamed up with Autobooks, the small-business payment and accounting services platform, to launch Invoice & Get Paid, an integrated online banking experience for its small-business clients.
Invoice & Get Paid aims to equip CB&T small-business clients with a connected digital experience. This includes an easier and secure way to provide online invoices, payment acceptance, and integrated payments and cash lifecycle offerings that are developed for small companies.
The solution allows clients to:
- Create, manage, and send customized invoices
- Present payment links, QR codes and invoicing options
- Receive payments directly to their business checking accounts
- Accept credit cards, debit cards and ACH payments, without using third-party processors
"Collaborating with Autobooks enables us to enhance our online offerings, providing small-business customers with the seamless and efficient tools they need in today’s market.” said CB&T Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy Jennifer Troyan. “The digital-first approach to banking that we’ve been implementing for over the past decade continues to drive enhanced solutions tailored to our clients’ needs and business optimization efforts. For example, through Invoice & Get Paid, businesses can get paid faster for better cash flow management.”
Businesses that have multiple business profiles are required to sign in to Digital Banking separately for each business profile to enroll in the Invoice & Get Paid and Digital Banking Accounting services. These services cannot be managed under one Digital Banking business profile for each of the businesses. The business owner or designated Customer System Administrator (CSA) will be required to accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) for each of their businesses separately. Mobile Banking requires download of the smartphone version of the CB&T app from the Apple® App Store or Google Play, enrollment in Online Banking and message and data rates from your wireless provider may apply. Clients should refer to the applicable Rate and Fee Schedule (Schedule of Fees or Service Charge Information) and are subject to terms and conditions of the Digital Banking Service Agreement. The trademarks used are the property of their registered owner and CB&T is neither affiliated with nor endorses these companies or their products/services.
