Omar joined California Bank & Trust in June 2024 to help spearhead the Corporate Banking practice. Previously, he was an Associate in Corporate Investment Banking at KeyBanc Capital Markets in San Francisco, where he performed valuation, capital structure, and financial statement analysis for public and private companies to support capital raising and strategic advisory initiatives. Omar also held roles at the International Finance Corporation and Apollo Global Management. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
