Web Browser and Operating System Compatibility Notification

In the interest of maintaining the highest level of safety and security for our customers' information, California Bank & Trust will be making security upgrades to our digital systems on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. In the process, we will be upgrading the security of our encryption requirements to the highest level of data security for all online services. The upgrade will cause some older browsers and operating systems to become incompatible with our online services. All of our digital systems will be impacted, including our websites, online and mobile banking applications, along with other consumer and business banking tools. Once the upgrade is complete, any affected users will need to take the appropriate action shown below in order to continue accessing any of our systems.

As with all technology services, upgrading your computer software to the latest version as soon as possible is always recommended. Operating systems and browsers no longer supported by their developers can expose you and your device to significant risks and vulnerabilities because your device no longer receives regular updates and security patches that help protect you from dangerous malware. Any personal information and data shared over the internet or stored on your computer may be at risk.
